Staging is an important part of setting up a sale. We will create an atmosphere that makes customers want to shop.
For the client who hired us, we know we are dealing with memories and treasures accumulated over a lifetime. We give them homage. The feeling that part of their legacy is being carried on and enjoyed by someone else makes a difference. Emotions and healing can play a big part here depending on the situation. The treasures could be their own or a close family member. Knowing that the home and items will be handled with dignity makes a difference. We all have emotional ties to some of our possessions.
For the customers coming in, it is more inspiring to shop if everything is displayed, organized and easy to find if it is staged similar to an upscale department store.
Mark, thank you for everything. I appreciate all that you did for me in such a short time frame. I was absolutely amazed how everything worked out. You and your crew are wonderful and kind. You all did a phenomenal job in cleaning up the apartment. It looked almost new. I appreciate having the memories and knowing they will all go to people who will care for them like mom did. Material things don't mean a lot to me anymore, just family and friends are important. Once again, thank you for everything.
